Some items are too heavy for normal UPS Delivery and will be shipped Freight Truck. Truck is different than UPS or FedEx -
You will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the Truck into your home or business. The most important thing about Truck Freight is that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery to make sure there is no damage. If there is any reason for you to be concerned about Damage please write PRODUCT DAMMAGED on the sheet you are asked to sign. This insures that if there is any damage it can more easily be taken care of.
If you are ordering a very large item please keep in mind you may need a couple of people to help you unload. We will be sending you tracking information as to when your item will arrive.
Once you receive this information you may contact the Freight Company, most do offer additional services to help you move products for an additional charge, you can then arrange this with the Freight company at your expense.
