Custom Made Items:
Tinitikes, and Teacup tables are custom made for you when you place your order Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for these items. There are no returns on custom made items.
Shipping is determined by weight and your Zip Code, to determine your shipping charge enter the item using the Add to cart button, enter your zip code and click update. Your shipping amount will appear, you can remove any item before placing your order. Please no P.O. Box Addresses.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal, E-checks are also accepted through PayPal. Sorry no COD Orders will be accepted.
Returns:
Returns will be accepted with prior authorization from us. Returns other than dammage will inquire a restock fee. When requesting return authorization please include billing invoice number. Materials must be in saleable condition, and in it's original packaging. Shipping is non-refundable. There can be no returns on custom made items other than for dammage reasons.
Freight Shipping:
Some items are too heavy for normal UPS Delivery and will be shipped Freight Truck. Truck is different than UPS or FedEx -
You will beresponsible for carrying the product from the back of the Truck into your home or business. The most important thing about Truck Freight is that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery to make sure there is no damage. If there is any reason for you to be concerned about Damage please write PRODUCT DAMMAGED on the sheet you are asked to sign. This insures that if there is any damage it can more easily be taken care of.
If you are ordering a very large item please keep in mind you may need a couple of people to help you unload. We will be sending you tracking information as to when your item will arrive.
Once you receive this information you may contact the Freight Company, most do offer additional services to help you move products for an additional charge, you can then arrange this with the Freight company at your expense.
